Had a bit of an issue with my order at the start, which was annoying and I thought it was going to be a whole thing. Customer service did get back to me though and sorted it out. It took longer than I wanted, but since it’s fixed now I guess I can’t complain too much. Happy with it in the end.

I was expecting it to taste at least somewhat like the flavour described on the box, but it really didn’t come through that way at all. I kept trying to figure out if maybe I was missing something, but the taste just didn’t match what was advertised. It wasn’t what I thought I was buying, so I ended up disappointed

The return process was actually easy, which I really appreciated. The refund took a few days longer than I was hoping, but it did come through without any issues. Support got back to me too, so overall I’m happy with how it was handled.

The box showed up a little bashed, but thankfully everything inside was fine. It’s hard to describe exactly, but the packaging just didn’t feel super sturdy. Stronger packing would be nice next time.

I ordered from goodearth.co.uk and, to be fair, the items themselves were absolutely fine. No complaints about the products once they finally arrived.
The delivery was the frustrating part. It turned up later than the date I’d been given, and I barely got any useful updates while I was waiting. I ended up having to chase it myself, and it made me feel a bit trapped, like I couldn’t make other plans because I had no idea when it was actually coming.

I might order from them again if I wasn’t in any rush, but definitely not for anything I needed by a certain date. The whole thing just felt like more hassle than it needed to be.

I’m not sure about this brand. Something about the whole experience just felt a little off, and the timing didn’t help at all. Right when I needed clear communication, things felt delayed and inconvenient, which made it harder to trust them.

I ordered from Good Earth i wish I’d found it sooner. The checkout was really straightforward with no faffing about, the pages loaded properly, and I could see the delivery cost before paying, which saved me from that annoying last-minute surprise.
The payment went through first try and the confirmation email came through quickly too. I kind of regret wasting time with clunky sites before this, because the whole thing was smooth and easy. I’d definitely use them again...

I’ve been drinking these teas for a bit, and they’ve helped my digestion. They taste good too, which obviously makes it easier to stick with them. Nothing complicated, just a nice tea that seems to do what it’s supposed to...
